Return Policy

At The Trend Cart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for return.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair return process, we require a clear video of the unboxing process.
The video must:

  • Show the sealed package before opening.
  • Clearly display the full process of unboxing.
  • Highlight the issue (e.g., damage, wrong product, missing item).

Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at thetrendcartonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchange requests follow the same process as returns and also require the unboxing video.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items on clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank or payment account.
  • Then contact your bank/payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

8. Shipping for Returns

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
