5.2 Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.3 Unboxing Video Required:
To process a return, you must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
- The video must show the package from all sides before opening.
- It should clearly capture the contents and their condition.
- Returns without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
5.4 How to Request a Return:

- Attach the unboxing video.
- Our team will review the request and respond with further instructions.
5.5 Refunds & Exchanges:
- Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or replaced as per your request.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrong.
